Partnerships are essential to our mission of helping students overcome financial barriers to success. Through the support of businesses, organizations, and community members, TCCF provides resources and opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach. Together, we are investing in brighter futures for our students in the Cape Henlopen community.

Ensuring that opportunity--not circumstances--shape a child's future.
